Cirque du Soleil Crystal visits Richcraft Live at Canadian Tire Centre from July 1 to July 5

Cirque du Soleil is gliding into Canada’s capital with its coolest arena show yet – Crystal! This one-of-a-kind spectacular blends circus arts and the world of ice skating for the first time in Cirque du Soleil’s history. Journey into a whimsical frozen playground where figure skating, freestyle skiing and extreme skating are combined with inventive acrobatics and aerial feats in this unique production. Crystal will be performed at Richcraft Live at Canadian Tire Centre from Wednesday, July 1 to Sunday, July 5 for a limited run of eight performances.

Tickets can be purchased by visiting ticketmaster.ca, canadiantirecentre.com or the Canadian Tire Centre box office. The Canadian Tire Centre box office does not sell tickets in-person on the first day of sales, Ottawa Senators hockey excluded.

Created by Shana Carroll and Sebastien Soldevila, Crystal invites you to suspend reality and glide into a world that springs to colourful life with astounding visual projections and a soundtrack that seamlessly blends popular music with the signature sound of Cirque du Soleil. Crystal, our eccentric heroine, takes you on an exhilarating tale of self-discovery as she dives into a world of her own imagination. Feel the adrenaline as she soars through this surreal world to become what she was always destined to be – confident, curious and creative. Crystal is suitable for all ages. The touring Crystal team features 43 artists and over 50 crew and staff members from 25 different countries.

Crystal will perform eight shows over the course of five days from Wednesday, July 1 to Sunday, July 5 as follows:

Wednesday, July 1 – 6 p.m.
Thursday, July 2 – 7:30 p.m.
Friday, July 3 – 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, July 4 – 12:30 p.m., 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Sunday, July 5 – 1:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.
