BEEF LOVIN REDS

Torres Altos Ibéricos Rioja Crianza– Spain:
Opaque cherry red in colour with rich red fruit aromas, (cherry, black plum jam) subtle green peppercorn and a touch of smoky notes. Intense, warm, with firm tannins, well-structured, food friendly and on its own with lingering juicy acidity on the finish.

Don David Malbec Argentina – Calchaqui Valley:
Deep ruby/purple, with aromas of cherry, blueberry and plum and hints of toast and spice; dry with medium body and moderate tannins; spicy and black cherry flavours persist on a medium-length finish, with toasty and vanilla notes speaking to generous oak ageing.

Joel Gott Cabernet Sauvignon USA – California:
Deep garnet red in colour, aromas of bright red fruit, black cherry and blackberry with notes of clove, vanilla and baking spices. Dark, concentrated fruit flavors, followed by smooth, lush tannins on the mid-palate, and notes of cedar and coffee on the long, textured finish.

EAST TO WEST – PINOT GRIGIO’S OF NORTHERN ITALY

Folonari Pinot Grigio – Veneto Italy:
One sip will express why this varietal has become so popular within the last few years. From its beautiful pale straw color to its amazing crisp and lively taste of lemons, limes, peaches and melons, this light, dry wine is infinitely satisfying.

Cavaliere di Bertiolo Pinot Grigio D.O.C Friuli Grave:
Aromas of Granny Smith apple, pear, mineral and a hint of citrus lead the nose and carry over to the palate along with mouthwatering acidity and refreshing subtle finish of fresh ginger.

Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio D.O.C. Alto Adige:
This crisp white wine has a straw yellow color. Its clean, intense aroma and dry taste (with appealing notes of Golden Delicious apples) make this wine one of great personality and versatility.
