Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available for purchase to games and events at Canadian Tire Centre. If you require accessible seats, please purchase tickets in advance that are indicated to be in accessible areas by using the accessible seating filter on the event page through Ticketmaster.

To view & purchase accessible tickets:

  1. Click “BUY TICKETS” button above to open the event page on Ticketmaster.ca and click the “Filters” box in the top right corner.
  2. Scroll down until you find “Show accessible tickets.”
  3. Toggle the switch on the right side to enable it.
  4. Scroll down and click the “Apply Filters” button in the bottom right corner.
  5. You’ll now see a list of all accessible seating options, as well as sections highlighted on the map.
  6. Select your preferred section and complete your purchase.

Accessible seats may be purchased as a single or in pairs (up to a maximum of four) to accommodate both the person(s) in need of accessible seating and support person(s)/companions. Please note, for events where ticket sales are limited to fewer than four tickets per person, the same ticket restrictions will apply to the purchase of accessible seating. For events where accessible seating is offered on the floor, those purchasing accessible seats should be aware that seats are not on a riser, so views may be obstructed. Portable chairs are provided for fans who do not require a wheelchair. View Map HERE .

Parking spaces for guests with disabilities are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis in Lot A at the southeast corner of Canadian Tire Centre. To access the accessible parking lot, you must have a government issued hang tag, at which point you may either purchase a regular parking pass or present any pre-paid parking pass you may have already purchased. Those without a government issued hang tag will be redirected to a general parking lot.
