The Box Office is located on the east side of the building at the main entrance, Gate 1. The box office opens two hours prior to hockey games, one hour prior to lacrosse games and concerts and is closed on non-event days. Tickets for all Canadian Tire Centre events, including Ottawa Senators and Ottawa Black Bear's single-game tickets, are available to purchase anytime by visiting Ticketmaster.
