Get ready for a whole lot of Jeff Dunham. The internationally acclaimed comedian and ventriloquist will debut two new specials this fall and he will load-up the bus with his cast of characters and head out on the road.
Dunham announced the Perfectly Unbalanced Tour on Monday, Sept. 14, during an interview on NBC’s Today, when he joined the show to talk about Unhinged in Hollywood with special guest Brad Paisley. Tickets for Dunham’s 20-city run will go on sale on Friday, including his show on Jan. 16 in Ottawa that can be purchased at www.CapitalTickets.ca.
Unhinged in Hollywood was shot during a two-night stand at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles this past August. Comedy Central will give Unhinged its cable television premiere at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 1. The network will replay the show at 11 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14, 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 26, and at 5 p.m. on Christmas Day.
Comedy Central will also be airing a number of Dunham’s most popular specials for fans in the mood to binge watch. Controlled Chaos will air at 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31, and 11 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1. Spark of Insanity will run at 11 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31, and at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 1. Minding the Monsters will air at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29, and hourly 7 p.m. through 10 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31. Dunham’s 2014 special All Over the Map will be shown at 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 1.
