Multi-platinum Canadian pop stars and Juno Award-winners Hedley announced a coast-to-coast tour in support of their fifth studio album, Wild Life, which includes a stop at Ottawa’s Canadian Tire Centre on Saturday, March 29. The tour kicks-off in Prince George, B.C. on Friday, Feb. 14, and will be the band’s most extensive Canadian tour to date with more than 30 shows across the country.
Hedley frontman Jacob Hoggard invites all fans to join the excitement. “We are going to a record-breaking number of cities this year and we want to see all of your beautiful, shining faces there.”
Canadian hip-pop artist and producer, Classified, along with USS (Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker), a musical duo out of Toronto who’s sound is a mixture of drum and bass beats, grunge-like guitar riffs and two-step rhythms, will join Hedley at Canadian Tire Centre on March 29.
With four consecutive multi-platinum albums behind them – Hedley (2005), Famous Last Words (2007),The Show Must Go (2009) and Storms (2011) – and almost a million albums sold, Hedley continue along their path to pop music supremacy with the release of Wild Life (available everywhere Nov. 11). The new album bridges classic Hedley pop anthems and ballads along with R&B infused tracks and electro-pop tunes, proving that Hedley are back and ready to once again conquer radio airwaves and arenas coast-to-coast.
