Red Hot Chili Peppers – The Getaway Tour

Tickets go on sale Friday, Nov. 11, at 10 a.m.*

Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced additional spring dates for their 2017 North American Tour which is being held in support of their 11th studio album, the worldwide No. 1 The Getaway.

Tickets can be purchased by visiting www.Ticketmaster.ca, www.canadiantirecentre.com, by phone at 1-877-788-FANS; in person at each of the 10 participating Canadian Tire stores in Ottawa as well as the store in Perth, The Sens Store at Carlingwood Mall and Place d’Orléans, Algonquin College, Superior Photo and at the Canadian Tire Centre box office.

Tickets are $69 and $119; reserved seating (plus CRF and service charges).

As was previously announced, The Getaway Tour kicks off Jan. 5, in San Antonio, Texas, and crisscrosses North America through mid-March. A spring leg of the tour has been added, which begins April 12 in Washington, D.C. A fan club ticket pre-sale for the new shows launches on Nov. 9. Every ticket purchased includes a choice of a standard physical or standard digital copy of The Getaway.

The Getaway debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Album Sales Chart and at No. 2 on the Billboard Top 200 upon its release in June. The Getaway marks the Grammy Award-winning band’s seventh top 10 album and third No. 2 on the Top 200 Chart. The album debuted at No.1 in Australia, Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands and New Zealand, and at No. 2 in the United Kingdom and Germany. The Getaway was produced by Danger Mouse and mixed by Nigel Godrich.
